The Caesars Entertainment Corporation’s $550 million project
called the Linq announced a few days ago for its eleven first tenants. Among
its tenants are restaurant from New York and a
high-end cupcake company from Los
Angeles. The project on the strip is now a becoming
famous as an entertainment and a bowling center in Las Vegas. Other notable restaurants included
in the first tenants are Tilted Kilt, Yard House, which are already established
in the market. Other tenants are making a debut in the Las Vegas market such as Sprinkles Ice Cream
and Sprinkles Cupcakes. The Sprinkles chain is a Beverly
Hills based business and has many branches in Arizona,
New York, Dallas,
Houston, and Scottsdale.
The Linkq opens in 2013, which hopes to get a part of the 20
million visitors of the strip every year. The Linq is a non-gaming
entertainment center is complete with a 550 foot observation wheel. The
Chairman of the Caesars Entertainment Corporation said that the Linq intends to
welcome a different set of tenants, which is different from the usual offerings
of the strip. The Linq also will also feature Brooklyn Bowl, featured in
Rolling Stone Magazine as the New
York music hub. The Yard House is known to serve the
best beers in the world is also here in The Linq. The Yard House has locations
in Red Rock Resort, and Town
Square and in Rio.
The establishment expects to hire 3,000 construction workers and hire 1,500
permanent workers on the opening. The observation wheel is said to surpass the
London Eye and has a vast space for outdoor patios, and outdoor seats of many
restaurants.
